Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Local Medical Device Equipment company seeking an energized customer service representative to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client / patients.
• Communicates with patients / clients and referral sources both verbally and in writing to ensure patient / client questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner.
• Involved, as directed, in all aspects of the intake process : answering the phone and processing faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into appropriate systems, assembling charts and processing paperwork.
• Prepares delivery tickets for daily routes.
• Prepares complete and accurate files for billing department.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, as appropriate.
• Assist in the upkeep of the general office area(s).
• Assist in resolving client equipment problems when appropriate.
• Report equipment hazards and / or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policy.
