Have a good understanding of all food safety procedures. The ideal candidate should be well rounded in a restaurant environment. Must be able to open and close restaurant, open and close the registers. Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory, properly train and manage the staff according to brand Work with all suppliers, create weekly schedules, manage time clock, and most importantly be a team leader. Serve Safe Certified preferred. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
