Job descriptionA positive and outgoing attitude. A willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. A willingness to learn new tasks. A willingness to perform a variety of food preparation duties. Must be professional, polite, reliable, & provide excellent customer service. Possess excellent time management skills. Have a good understanding of all food safety procedures. The ideal candidate should be well rounded in a restaurant environment. Must be able to open and close restaurant, open and close the registers. Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory, properly train and manage the staff according to brand Work with all suppliers, create weekly schedules, manage time clock, and most importantly be a team leader. Serve Safe Certified preferred. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive training program. Opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing franchisee of Primo Hoagies.
