$230,000 to $280,000 per year

About The Position

Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Join a thriving outpatient clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in beautiful Vermont. If you're seeking a collaborative, flexible practice setting in a welcoming New England community, we'd love to connect with you!

Practice Highlights

Outpatient-only clinic serving a patient base of 100,000 annually
Modern, 133,000+ sq. ft. facility with 24 exam rooms and dedicated provider workspaces
Collaborative team of 16 providers, including 10 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
Comprehensive support staff with a 1 : 2 RN-to-provider ratio and additional MA support

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Option for a 4-day workweek with dedicated administrative time

Flexible start times, with patient care beginning at 9 : 00 AM

Light call schedule : phone-only, 1 : 8 rotation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive guaranteed annual base salary

Annual $10,000 retention bonus

Relocation assistance provided

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term care, and malpractice with tail

5 weeks of PTO (including federal holidays) and 5 CME days with a $2,500 allowance
