Job Title : Department Managers

Location : Petaluma, CA

Salary : $58K - $63K (DOE)

About Company / Opportunity :

Very high volume New American Restaurant & Sports bar is seeking to add two high caliber Department Managers to the team. Must have experience working in fast paced, high volume restaurants working in both FOH & BOH operations.

Key responsibilities :

Guest Experience :

Welcoming and engaging guests to create a memorable dining experience.
Ensure an optimal experience for all guests.
Addressing guest concerns and feedback efficiently and accurately.

Staff Management :

Supervising and motivating all restaurant staff.

Assisting FOH & BOH team members as needed during shifts.

Operational Management :

End of day sales reports & logs to upper management.

Opening & closing procedures of restaurant.

Coordinating daily FOH and Back of House (BOH) operations.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
