$7,500 Sign on Bonus

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is hiring a 3pm - 11pm Floating Nursing Supervisor !  Our facility at Springside is a state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent a complete renovation. Our experienced staffs of compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel are focused on one goal : providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients.  BaneCare  employs only the most highly qualified  RNs and LPNs . We are seeking passionate and caring nursing professionals to join our skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, MA. Join our team!

Requirements for Floating Nursing Supervisor :

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification - we can assist NY nurses with reciprocity
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
  • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

    • Job Duties for Floating Nursing Supervisor :

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
  • Supervision of all 3p-11p Nurses and CNAs
  • Manage staffing changes
  • Support family inquiries and screen visitors
  • Coordinate patient / resident referrals with central admissions
  • Ensure high quality resident / patient care
  • Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
