A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Process Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute an enterprise automation portfolio aligned with business goals
Identify and implement high-impact automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce costs
Manage the design, deployment, and optimization of automation solutions and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in leading automation initiatives in complex environments
Proven success in delivering measurable business value through automation
Strong collaboration skills with experience in managing automation portfolios and KPIs
Deep understanding of automation platforms and experience with AI integration
