Job Summary And Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established, collaborative Nocturnist Hospitalist Service at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Opportunity Highlights Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts Open ICU with no procedures or codes required Blend of rounding and admitting / swing shifts with additional admitting / swing shifts available for extra compensation Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare) Completion of state mandated educational courses Minimum of 1-2 years APP experience in hospital medicine Where You'll Work Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a well-established, physician-led medical group providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in Santa Cruz County.
