About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Construction and Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate will be tasked with running the business with an ownership mentality, ensuring the excellence of current projects, and setting up operational systems to lead future growth. This pivotal role involves a hands-on approach, from overseeing the delivery of multiple phases of a residential community to playing a strategic part in the early execution of a master-planned community. The SVP will also be responsible for leading all aspects of construction management, including team building, process development, and maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and scheduling.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction leadership, with a focus on residential for-sale, multifamily, or mixed-use development. The role requires an active Class B General Contractor License and a proven track record in managing diverse project and field teams. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, with a proactive leadership style, and have experience in both horizontal and vertical construction scopes. Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills are essential, as is the ability to operate across multiple markets with varying regulatory and geographic challenges.
