Summary

As a Controls Technician I, you will support the maintenance and troubleshooting of vendor specific PLC systems.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor Stand-alone PLC Controller by using various inspection logic
• Monitor PLC programs (Mitsubishi and / or Siemens) developed by vendor using various inspection logic and HMI
• Support Control Engineers for incident follow-up, root cause analysis and documentation
• Documentation control system and equipment configuration changes
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow and control components
• Troubleshoot various status (I / O Boards, encoder, light controller, module and devices)
• Complete all safety training, policies and procedures as company requires
• Maintain 5S standards in designated working areas
