What you'll achieve As a Senior Sales Director, you'll lead a team of Channel Managers and oversee strategic partner relationships. You'll design and execute channel programs that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. You will :

• Leads Strategic Direction : Sets and drives the organization's strategic and operational goals.
• Builds High-Performing Teams : Oversees staffing, career development, and performance management.
• Manages Channel Ecosystem : Maintains relationships with existing partners and identifies new distribution opportunities.
• Drives Partner Collaboration : Develops joint sales strategies and evaluates mutually beneficial business opportunities.
• Aligns Market Needs : Channels partner feedback to influence product alignment and market responsiveness.
• Optimizes Sales Execution : Coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures service levels are met across channel operations.

Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $380,000 - $486,150, which includes base salary and commissions.
