We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in offering empathetic, informed support to customers. In this role, you'll be the voice behind some of our most unique product linesincluding Peekaboo Early Gender DNA Test, Animal DNA testing, SpermCheck, and more.

Job Description

What You'll Do :

• Handle 3040 calls / emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
• Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information
• Become an expert in DDC's Specialty Testing products and workflows
