DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a global leader in DNA relationship testing and part of the Eurofins family of 800+ labs worldwide, is hiring a Client Services Representative I for our growing Specialty Testing division.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in offering empathetic, informed support to customers. In this role, you'll be the voice behind some of our most unique product lines-including Peekaboo™ Early Gender DNA Test, Animal DNA testing, SpermCheck, and more.

What You'll Do :

• Handle 30-40 calls / emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
• Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information
• Become an expert in DDC's Specialty Testing products and workflows
