Traffic Signal / ITS Superintendent

Seeking a Traffic Signal / ITS Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Lakeland, FL.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k!  Pay is starting at $34+  per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities :

• Oversee operations of crews of traffic signal installer / ITS technician apprentices, traffic signal installers / ITS technicians, and traffic signal installer / ITS technician foremen.
• Work closely with the project foreman and project manager to ensure the efficient and successful completion of projects from start to finish.
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of electronic traffic control devices.
• Assemble, install, service, test, repair, and adjust electrical and mechanical components of traffic signals and related equipment including traffic signal poles, overhead traffic signals, overhead signs, pedestrian features, and other related signal components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure code compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
