What You'll Do :

• Drive innovation, definition, roadmap, and design of A / B tests and recommendations experiments to accelerate story discovery and subscriptions
• Leverage advanced algorithms, machine learning concepts, and recommendation engines to drive engagement and satisfaction across our mobile apps
• Develop and execute the product strategy for personalization features across our Inkitt, Galatea, and GalateaTV apps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and crafting personalized experiences for our users
• Spearhead a small cross-functional team to explore, execute, iterate, and deliver great search / recommendation experiences
• With a deep understanding of our users' needs, wishes, and problems, you will work with our Data Science team to build a long term roadmap and champion our customers' needs at all times
• Define metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A / B testing and / or qualitative feedback

$70,000 - $250,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000$250,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
