We’re seeking a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a welcoming environment, enjoys helping clients feel at ease, and thrives in a polished, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all clients, ensuring a professional and inviting first impression.
• Manage daily appointment flow and support providers to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Respond to client calls, texts, and emails in a timely, courteous manner.
• Handle check-out, payment processing, and post-appointment communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
• Restock common areas and assist with small administrative tasks as needed.
• Support the Clinic Manager with day-to-day operations and client coordination.
• Uphold Maeva’s standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional service.
