Key Responsibilities
Assist utility customers with energy efficiency inquiries and program enrollment
Provide customer service, visit scheduling, and technical support through various platforms
Utilize support scripts and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Must have a dedicated home office space and meet internet speed requirements
