Job descriptionPatients hesitate to ask a specific person for help to avoid feelings of obligation or dependency. Patients' needs constantly change, making it challenging to predict what is needed. People want to help but often don't know how. Utilizes a unique combination of digital health and fintech tools. Facilitates payments to address non-clinical aspects of care. De-stigmatizes asking for help. Aims to ensure financial challenges don't affect the quality of care patients receive. Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the mission and goals. Product Development : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and with high quality. UX / UI Design : Understand and advocate for exceptional user experience and interface design. Potentially recruit and integrate a strong UX / UI professional to enhance the team’s capabilities. Data and Analytics : Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, improve user engagement, and drive product improvements. Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives. Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to inform product development and positioning. Customer Focus : Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs and pain points. Ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions. Agile Methodologies : Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and deliver high-quality products efficiently. Experience : 10+ years of product management experience in the SaaS / PaaS space, with a focus on healthcare technology, hospital RCM, and patient engagement solutions. Expertise : Deep understanding of product development, UX / UI design, and data and analytics. Track Record : Proven success in building "sticky" products that drive user engagement and retention. Leadership : Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience in managing and scaling product teams. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using data to drive product decisions. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is a plus. Agility : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
