We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations and strategy for a growing behavioural healthcare organization. This executive-level role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Manage revenue cycle operations to optimize cash flow and reduce AR days
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and corporate standards
• Oversee accounting, materials management, and related departments
• Support business development initiatives and new service planning
• Provide financial training and mentorship to department leaders
