A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Professional Services strategy to align with company objectives and growth targets

Own the Professional Services P&L, ensuring revenue growth, margin performance, and customer satisfaction

Build and mentor a high-performing Professional Services leadership team and global delivery organization

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Professional Services leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or platform-based software companies

Proven success in leading large-scale, distributed delivery teams with full P&L accountability

Deep expertise in enterprise implementation frameworks and delivery automation

Strong commercial acumen with experience in structuring enterprise SOWs and managing escalations

Experience working with nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare clients is preferred
