Restorative Health care provides home health care to adult and pediatric patients in Texas. We aim to create a supportive and compassionate environment that provides high-quality care and exceptional service.
We have four locations in South Texas to provide you with a full range of Pediatric Nursing and Therapy Services at home.
We are conveniently located in San Antonio, McAllen, Corpus Christi, and Austin.
Role : Registered Nurse (RN)
Location : Various locations throughout Texas
Pay : $30 - $35 / hr depending on experience
Schedule : Full Time, Part Time, Per diem
Qualifications :
Current RN / LVN license
Experience in private-duty nursing a plus
Strong clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
Essential Responsibilities :
Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients : 1 : 1 Patient care
Implementation of physician’s prescribed plan of care
Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Reliably follow shift schedule
Compliant, timely documentation of care provided in the system of record
Health promotion, teaching, and training of family member
Communicating with other team nurses and Clinical Management
Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required and for obtaining the co-signature of the Case Manager on all verbal orders
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned
