Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of personal lines customer service agents, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
• Provide expert advice to potential clients, customizing insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the personal lines sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Personal Lines team, handling inquiries with qualifying new business, claims, and underwriting decisions.
• Support agency owner in hiring and training new Personal Lines team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products, enhancing the team's knowledge and service quality.
• Work with agency owner to track and report on sales and service metrics and performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with agency owner in setting, tracking, and achieving Personal Lines goals.
• Address individual agent performance / feedback when needed and discuss team performance with agency owner on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain rapport with customer service agents, clients and underwriters.
