About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT / MT) , you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and analysis of laboratory specimens to assist in the diagnosis of patient illnesses. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Specimen Analysis : Perform accurate analysis of laboratory specimens, demonstrating proficiency in laboratory procedures across multiple sections of the Pathology Department.

Problem Solving : Identify issues and develop solutions to ensure quality patient care and diagnosis.

Collaboration : Work closely with physicians and nursing staff in the preparation and examination of patients.

Training and Education : Participate in the training and teaching responsibilities of the department to support continuous learning and development.
