Strategic Responsibilities

• Enterprise AI Strategy : Define and implement an enterprise-wide AI roadmap focused on efficiency, innovation, and decision-making quality.
• Value-Driven Adoption : Lead AI initiatives using Lumentum's use case prioritization framework with measurable benefits in financial impact, customer experience, and risk reduction.
• Organizational Leadership : Establish and grow the AI Center of Excellence and cross-functional teams to foster scalable and repeatable AI innovation.
• Governance & Investment : Develop AI investment frameworks, governance models, and risk management policies consistent with a $5M+ multi-year roadmap.

P90-USA-1 : $164,650.00 - $235,200.00

Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history, and relevant experience.
