Labor and Employment Attorney
A regional law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA matters, as well as hands-on experience providing HR counseling and training to employers.
This Labor and Employment Attorney role will involve representing clients in federal court, handling EEOC and DOL claims, and providing day-to-day advice on compliance and workplace policies. Candidates should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
