Position

Job Title : Packaging Sales Consultant

Location : Southern, CO

Pay Rate : $80,000-$125,000 (Year 1 base salary; Year 2+ commission)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's market growth goals.

Compensation Structure

  • A base salary is provided during the first year to support onboarding, training, and market development.
  • Starting in year two, compensation will transition to a commission-based structure tied directly to your sales performance, offering significant earning potential.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required.
  • Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Previous cold-calling experience is preferred.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to business development and sales success.
