Pharmacist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $67.57 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacist Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–6 : 00pm (8.5-hour shifts) with some overtime possible
  • Onsite role at a Specialty Pharmacy in Boston, MA

    • Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • Accurately fill prescriptions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional care and service to patients and providers
  • Perform marketing activities with sales staff to support networking with local providers
  • Oversee, train, and support technicians and interns
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to execute daily functions and workflow
  • Support patients with chronic disease conditions such as Transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Oncology, Hepatitis C, and Autoimmune disorders

    • Pharmacist Requirements

  • At least 1 year of RPh experience
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts (active license in good standing)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong ability to work well in a team environment
