Are you seeking more than a job? Wood Personnel is in partnership with a large warehouse located in Gallatin, TN, which is currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates. This is a true temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay rates. Work with a company that you can easily work and grow with.

Manufacturing Associate Compensation and Hours :

Up to $16.75 an hour

1st or 2nd shift opportunities

Working 10 hour shifts

Manufacturing Associate Skills and Qualifications :

Perform job tasks, keeping safety first

Willing to be flexible with work hours, departments, and schedules

Self-assess work and use good judgment to ensure that a quality product is produced

Strong work ethic and strong attention to detail

Must have manufacturing experience

Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities :

Required to stand, walk and reach with hand and arms to handle material

Ensure all finished products meet quality specifications and notifying team lead of any defective pieces found

Operate various equipment in a safe and correct manner

Stack, label, pack and transport finished work pieces

Use measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers

Ensure proper PPE is worn throughout shift in warehouse
