Experience Bookkeeper Wanted!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with QuickBooks and be able to handle a wide range of bookkeeping tasks with precision and efficiency.
Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial reports
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including billing and collections
Organize accounting setups, clean ups, catch up and reconcile accounts
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets
Manage and organize financial files and documents
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Qualifications :
1+ years of bookkeeping experience, including experience with QuickBooks
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
