Onsite 3PL Operations Partner, Part-Time (Temporary / Seasonal / Peak Season)

Faherty Brand is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Temporary Onsite 3PL Operations Manager to support and oversee day-to-day operations at our 3PL distribution center during the peak holiday season. This role serves as the primary onsite liaison between Faherty Brand and our 3PL partner's leadership team, ensuring flawless order fulfillment, operational alignment, and adherence to service-level expectations across all business channels including e-commerce, retail replenishment, and wholesale.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in logistics or warehouse operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is capable of managing real-time challenges with a solutions-first mindset. This role is critical to maintaining high operational standards, inventory accuracy, and clear communication between internal teams and our external 3PL provider.

Daily Operations Oversight

• Monitor daily fulfillment workflows including pick, pack, ship, receiving, and returns to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance.
• Manage workload prioritization across multiple fulfillment channels based on business impact, order volume, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all activities align with Faherty's operational standards, safety policies, and quality control expectations.

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The hourly rate range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 USD per hour, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.

Location : Columbus, Ohio (Faherty Brand Distribution Center)
