Employment Attorney (Fully Remote)

A rapidly growing mid-size law firm in Palos Verdes is looking for a full-time Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate will have the choice of working in-office or fully remote, if preferable. The ideal candidate will join in providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation available. This firm focuses on business, employment, and real estate litigation. The firm’s frequent successes have given them a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and clients.

Qualifications :

• Experience in advice and counsel is ideal.
• CA bar.
• 4 years of solid employment experience.
• The position is offered as fully remote, hybrid, or in-person.
• Ability to make court trials and depositions is a must.
• Will accept applications outside of Southern CA, but court appearances would still be necessary.
• Open to plaintiff and defense side employment.
• PAGA experience of 2 years or more is a plus.
