Senior Product Manager – Communications Infrastructure

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for global communications infrastructure. This role will focus on building, scaling, and maintaining reliable outbound telephony systems that support real-time, high-volume AI-driven interactions worldwide.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure reliability, compliance, and scalability across diverse geographies, while driving innovation in call delivery, reputation management, and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and delivery for global telephony infrastructure supporting high-volume outbound communications
- Ensure reliability, reputation, and deliverability of call systems at scale
- Manage vendor integrations and optimize performance monitoring
- Develop internal tools for call tracking, QA, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international telephony regulations and standards (e.g., STIR / SHAKEN)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to scale systems globally
Qualifications
4+ years in product management or engineering management, with experience in telephony or communications platformsHands-on knowledge of global telephony providers and APIsUnderstanding of call reputation management, number pooling, and deliverability best practicesExperience managing vendor relationships and ensuring scalable quality in communications systemsStrong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsWhy Join
