Paralegal (Defense Litigation)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Paralegal Certificate, Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
• Prior Paralegal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard office procedures, computers and related software applications
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Ability to create, compose and edit written communications and materials
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of clients in a diverse community
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Professional in appearance and manner
• Must be skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, Lexis Research and Adobe Pro
• Must be highly organized, task-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with NetDocs and Time Matters, a plus.
