Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Lead and support sourcing activities related to Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) services.
• Execute quarterly sourcing plans and manage supplier allocation.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements with key OSAT partners.
• Serve as a core member and host of the Global Commodity Management Team.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive timely escalation when needed.
• Contribute to the corporate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparation of relevant materials.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Sourcing Team (US) to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Provide supplier loading direction to the Planning team.
• Develop and maintain supplier interruption and contingency plans.
• Act as the key project manager for Approved Supplier List (ASL) initiatives.
• Organize and lead periodic supplier business reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Assembly / Test supply trends, shortages, and cost drivers.
• Foster long-term, win-win relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Continuously monitor supplier capacity and proactively reserve capacity when necessary.
• Track supply availability and identify potential sources of disruption.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, technology and quality roadmaps, and risk management plans.
• Lead regular business reviews, host technology discussions, and provide program status updates.
