2nd Shift Sat-Wed Supervisor

Supervisor, 2nd Shift Weekend

Join Famous Footwear's Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Supervisor. This shift is scheduled for 2 : 00pm 11 : 30pm, Saturday-Wednesday. In this role, you'll work with RF scanners to pick and pack shipments. In our fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment, you'll provide high attention to detail as you meet production goals and celebrate team wins along the way.

What We Do Accountabilities

• Ensures product flows in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved.
• Supports the facility operating budget and KPIs by validating and achieving engineered standards, achieving and exceeding daily operating goals, and driving down non-measured / indirect hours while maintaining service levels.
• Ensures inventory integrity and systems integrity and execution, while maximizing productivity throughout the distribution center.
• Ensures workforce engagement in core company values and through the effective execution of HR, LP and Safety policy and programs.
