Responsibilities :
- Update webpage content in collaboration with the SPE Communications Team and University Marketing and Communications Team
- Coordinate content for the Food Studies newsletter and newsletter distribution, and additional programmatic communications throughout the year
- Coordinate content for the Psychology Handbook and course lists throughout the year
- Assist with public-facing and internal events linked to the two programs throughout the year
- Assist with scheduling meetings with students and faculty for the chairs of each program
- Responding to inquiries on behalf of both programs, in consultation with the respective program chair
- Assist with clerical support, including data entry, filing, and other projects for both programs as needed
Work Mode : Hybrid position with regularly scheduled hours
Hourly Rate : $16 -$19 per hour Minimum Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications :
- Masters student or advanced undergraduate standing
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional and respectful email communications with community-based research participants / guest speakers
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within mutually agreed timeframes, and the ability to be resourceful
- Strong research skills
