Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Abbott Point of Care (APOC) team based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and supporting strategic initiatives through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet assigned goals.
- Make 2025 outbound calls daily, targeting 8+ meaningful customer interactions.
- Build trust-based relationships with assigned accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with top customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Apply sales training to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
- Navigate complex sales environments across hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers.
- Sell directly and via third-party distributors, adapting proposals to customer scenarios.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across multiple disease states and care settings.
- Lead virtual demos, training sessions, and educational events.
- Conduct account research using Salesforce.com, Power BI, Definitive, and Hospital Compare.
- Support outreach efforts, including surveys, campaigns, and event invitations.
- Manage inbound inquiries and coordinate meetings or demos for field sales.
- Provide ad hoc support (e.g., quotes, materials, follow-ups).
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
- Share best practices and collaborate with other ISR teams.
- Comply with company policies and exhibit professional behavior.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred)Understanding of pricing, contracts, and ROIFamiliarity with healthcare decision-making processesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com)Strong communication and listening skillsAbility to build trust and present value-driven solutionsDetail-oriented and self-motivatedQuick learner in technical environmentsPreferred Qualifications
Inside sales experience in healthcare or diagnosticsAdvanced degree or additional sales experienceProven success in outbound calls and conversion metricsExperience with Point-of-Care Testing or similar technologiesProficiency in CRM and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Definitive)Success in virtual demos, training, or troubleshootingAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize outreachStrong understanding of healthcare decision-making across care settingsExperience collaborating cross-functionally to drive resultsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionThe base pay for this position is $24.80 $49.60 per hour.
