Accounts Receivable Manager

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the accounts receivable process and lead a team of collectors and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of overseas collections analysts and AR specialists, ensuring effective workload management

Develop and implement collections strategies and standard operating procedures to maximize timely cash collection

Monitor AR aging reports and manage cash application processes, resolving payment issues promptly

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of AR and Collections experience, including team leadership in a high-payments volume B2B setting

Experience managing an offshore team

Familiarity with operating in a strong control environment (e.g., SOX 404)

Experience in a Software as a Service or Multinational environment is a plus
