The Business Analyst is responsible for creating data tools for data-driven decision-making and optimizing business performance. Your expertise in data analysis and metrics management will ensure that our teams are aligned with our strategic goals and are consistently delivering high-quality result.

What Youll Do

• Work with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs, objectives, and pain points.
• Responsible for creating Tableau Dashboards for operations and strategic initiatives to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement within organization.
• Utilize Data Analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks
• Support collaborative initiatives with cross functional teams including Fleet, Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Help build machine learning models to identify potential risks and improve profitability.
• Manage current data ETL processes and ensure the designing and implementing automated workflows.

Starting salary is $51K; commensurate with experience.
