Our client is a very well-established and stable client in the rubber and plastic manufacturing industry and for over 50 years now, they have been specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of products including rubber and plastic trim and edges, seals, gaskets, snaps and more. Their products are used in many applications within a number of industries including automotive, HVAC, construction, manufacturing, marine and commercial trucking.
Currently they are looking for a IT Help Desk Support Specialist who can work out of their office in Buena Park, CA and has experience working in a high-volume help ticket environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting nonworking telephones.
Troubleshooting and Quick resolution of all software / hardware-related complaints.
Setup and install software on new computer equipment such as desktop / laptop systems, monitors, and printers.
Troubleshoot PC connectivity problems.
Evaluation and implementation of new software tools into the environment.
Documents all troubleshooting tickets in Atera, including categorization and maintaining status.
Preventive maintenance on PCs.
Deploy new PCs.
Write procedures for Software / Hardware installation where required.
Maintain project status and report.
Maintain inventory of Software / Hardware
Retrieve scanned images.
Obtain competitive Hardware and Software bids.
Assist with Zoom issues.
Assist in training new Employees on Network navigation and User software.
Assist with toner management, including inventory and opportunities to reevaluate more efficient printers.
Requirements :
Knowledgeable with computer systems and applications.
Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize your workload.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good time management and attendance.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Educational Requirements : High School Diploma
5+ years of computer repair / support experience.
Understanding of Manufacturing or ERP Systems.
Salesforce, Power BI, and / or Syteline 10 a plus.
