Public Policy Manager

A company is looking for a Public Policy Manager to establish and lead its public policy program.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Policy Function by establishing frameworks for monitoring, engagement, advocacy, and coordination

Develop and execute policy strategy aligned with leadership goals across U.S. and international jurisdictions

Monitor and analyze the regulatory landscape in financial services, payments, and data / privacy

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in public policy or government affairs, preferably in the legislative or executive branch

Deep understanding of U.S. policymaking and regulatory processes, particularly in financial services or payments

Experience in building policy strategies and running advocacy campaigns with limited resources

Strong judgment and ability to influence in a high-velocity environment

Established relationships with federal and / or state policymakers or regulators are a plus
