Assistant Property Manager
Full-Time | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire
About the Role
Were hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. In this hands-on role, youll work closely with the Property Manager to help maintain high occupancy, deliver excellent tenant service, and keep properties running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, people-focused, and interested in growing their career in property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing efforts, including showing units, screening applicants, and preparing lease documents
- Support tenant communication and respond to maintenance requests
- Help coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services
- Monitor rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
- Maintain accurate records and organize resident files
- Conduct move-in / move-out walk-throughs and inspections
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Provide backup coverage for the Property Manager as needed
