We’re hiring detail-oriented, safety-driven professionals to join our team as Autonomous Vehicle Operators in Las Vegas.

In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in bringing cutting-edge self-driving technology to life while ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate autonomous vehicles safely for 4–8 hours per day Perform vehicle readiness checks, light maintenance, and cleaning Execute software and hardware tests; support test missions Accurately document findings and provide feedback to engineering teams Assist with vehicle movement, logistics, and record-keeping Pay & Bonuses : Base pay : $25.00 / hour Weekend shifts : +5% per hour Night shifts (starting 1 : 45pm or later) : +2% per hour Weekend + night : up to +7% per hour Shift Options : Day Shifts : 5 : 45am – 2 : 15pm 6 : 45am – 3 : 15pm 7 : 45am – 4 : 15pm Night Shifts : 1 : 45pm – 10 : 15pm 2 : 45pm – 11 : 15pm 3 : 45pm – 12 : 15am 5 : 45pm – 2 : 00am Work Week Patterns (choose one) : Wednesday – Sunday Thursday – Monday Friday – Tuesday Saturday – Wednesday Who We’re Looking For : Safe, reliable drivers with excellent records (no criminal history) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable driving for long periods (up to 6 hours / day) Tech-savvy and able to follow detailed procedures Team players with proactive, resourceful mindsets Bonus Points For : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience Military background Why Join : Competitive pay with shift bonuses Work directly with advanced autonomous vehicle technology Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to grow in a fast-moving industry Hiring Process : Initial 30-minute Zoom screen 30-minute driving test Take the wheel of tomorrow’s technology.
