Salary Range : $115,000 – $170,000 + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations for multiple commercial construction projects in the Las Vegas metro area. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role that demands strong field management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver high-end commercial spaces on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and field personnel from mobilization through closeout.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all site operations comply with OSHA and company protocols.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and client reps to resolve issues, drive progress, and maintain quality.
• Lead daily jobsite meetings, subcontractor coordination, and inspections.
• Manage materials delivery, equipment logistics, and site documentation including daily reports and punch lists.
