POSITION SUMMARY :

Were looking for aWA EL01 Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our Service Department. As a Solar Service Electrician, youll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar and storage systems, ensuring they deliver clean energy for decades. This role requires initiative, independence, and critical problem-solving. Experience with electrical shop operations is a plus.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and perform licensed electrical service work on solar PV systems + storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair solar PV, storage, EV chargers, and monitoring systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and warranty service.
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a culture of learning and safety.
• Track and document work in Salesforce and mobile tools.
• Provide feedback to design and install teams to improve best practices.
• Occasionally travel for regional projects.
