Molex (Triton Manufacturing) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team in Monee, IL. Molex is proud to employ some of the most client-focused Customer Service Professionals in the world.

We rely on our Representatives to create and maintain strong customer relationships and use their critical thinking and decision-making skills on a daily basis.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Processing Orders, Requests for Quotes, issuing RMAs.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Research answers or solutions as needed.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Supporting manufacturing, production, quality, purchasing, and estimating departments.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements :
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of MIE (ERP SYSTEM)
- Strong communication skills
- Some knowledge of manufacturing
- Being a problem solver and decision maker
