Job descriptionActive Registered Nurse license BLS certification NIHSS certification Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med / Surg ACLS certification Mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facility's discretion. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. No block scheduling. First week (orientation + precepting shift) will be on day shift. 3x12 hour shifts, 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month required No RTO on weekends, the day prior to, or after a holiday. Maximum of 5 days RTO with no more than 2 consecutive days.
Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care, case management, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, providers, and team members. The RN will work 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM, with a mandatory float requirement to meet facility needs.
