Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 Salary

Ifso, Aspire Educational Services would love to hear from you! Weare seeking experienced and qualified Behavioral Consultants (BCBA) to join our team of school-based ABA therapists. Aspire Educational Services is family owned with a personal interest in providing high quality treatment and services to students in our local community.

In this role, you will :

• Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with a primary focus on addressing behaviors that are impeding a students ability to learn in the school setting
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements and collaborates with teachers to design positive behavior support plans. Trains staff / teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions and monitor fidelity.
• Support the implementation of school wide positive behavior supports framework at the school.
• Deliver professional development to our school partners.
• Develop positive relationships with our school partners and their staff.
• Work with students K-12 in various schools in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs local to you.
