Key is currently seeking a part-time and full-time Entry-level Supervisor ( Shift Supervisor) for Key's residential program in Methuen, MA that cares for up to ten adolescent females who are involved with the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF).
The Key Program is CDC compliant and takes every precaution to stop the exposure and spread of COVID-19.
Qualifications : The Entry-level Supervisor ( Shift Supervisor (SS)) is an hourly position with a Bachelor's degree in a human services related field and 1- 2 years of direct care experience required.
All candidates must be 21 years of age or older; have a valid state driver's license; and, have a legally registered and insured car for work use.
Responsibilities :
- Provides on-site management during shift to assist the Program Supervisor and / or Assistant Program Supervisor in program administration, client and family services, and staff training
- Lead shift by coordinating daily program activities and assign responsibilities to caseworker staff
- Help to ensure clients receive quality services that comply with standards and regulations
- Promote trauma informed care and family-centered and strength-based philosophies within the program
- Staff training and development- assist staff in their assessment and treatment of clients
- Attend weekly supervisory team meetings as directed by the Program Supervisor
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral management in accordance to Key policy
- Schedule will include nights, weekends and some holidays
