Position Overview

The RN Nurse Administrator and Supervisor is a key entrepreneurial position leadership role responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of healthcare services, ensuring the highest quality of in-home care for patients, and managing the performance of healthcare and caregiving staff. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong clinical background, administrative expertise, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a home health care or personal care setting. The role involves policy creation, compliance with regulations, financial oversight, and staff training, along with direct patient care functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Oversight

• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Rules and other applicable regulations.
• Develop, implement, and review healthcare-related policies and procedures.
• Oversee and manage agency finances, including budget planning and expense tracking.
• Supervise the agency’s infection control program, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.
