💵 Pay : $310–$315 / hr

📍 Location : Community Hospital, MA

🕒 Shifts : 8–12 / month, Day & Night (Nights prioritized for July)

Join a busy community hospital ED in Massachusetts and provide high-quality emergency care ! This is a locum role with flexible shifts , APP oversight, and a supportive team environment.

Facility Highlights :

Annual ED volume : 55,000 patients ⚡

44 ED beds

Trauma Level : None (Community Hospital) 🚑

Fast Track staffed by APPs (handles ~40% of volume)

EMR : Epic 💻

ED Team : 11 physicians (5 departing – open shifts)

ED responds to House Codes and manages airways 🫁

Transfers to regional referral facility ~20–30 mins away 🚗

Immediate Dates Needed :

July 1 : 11p–8a 🌙

July 3, 5, 12 : 7p–7a 🌙

Ongoing Coverage : Consistent 10–12 shifts / month starting July

✅ Requirements

Board Certified (ABEM / AOBEM) OR Board Eligible with 5 years EM residency 🎓

Active Massachusetts License required at name clear 📍

Available for all specified July dates

Must specify shift preference (days, nights, or both)

Acknowledge conversion fee cap at submission

Comfortable supervising APPs and managing ED procedures
